Summary:

Responsible for the financial reconciliation, GAAP accounting, internal and external reporting for Capital purchases and Work-In-Process projects for multiple entities of the health system. The evaluation of this position will come from the Accounting Manager but may be influenced by the Director, VP Corporate Controller and the Senior Vice President as deemed appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

  • Minimum 4 years accounting experience required, preferably in public accounting or in a healthcare setting.

  • Advanced computer spreadsheet proficiency including graphing and complex formulas often linking multiple worksheets (very high level of usage), general software literacy, trending, and "what if" skills required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills Good presentation skills, including advance slide and chart preparation for Power Point.

  • Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner and appearance, and communicate in a clear and effective fashion.

Certification/Licensure:

  • CPA or MBA required, or 10+ years related experience
