Counter Sales Order Filler

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job type: Full time

Schedule: 6am-3pm, Monday to Friday

Hourly pay: $20.00 - $23.85/hr

**Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

What You'll Do

As a warehouse associate, you will assist the Counter with the filling of customer orders. You will maintain paperwork and files and perform custodial and maintenance duties as needed. You'll work in a positive, fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

You will...



  • Fill will call customer orders accurately and efficiently. Service customers waiting for product in a timely, professional manner.
  • Assist the Counter with pulling material from the warehouse for show floor displays and promotions.
  • Communicate with Inventory Control Personnel, inform them of and document any on hand balance problems including damaged stock.
  • Train new employees including part-time or seasonal help in all aspects of order filling.
  • Responsible for maintaining "Return to Stock Shelf" by nearly returning all stock to proper locations in the warehouse or on the show floor.
  • Use computer and paperwork to maintain will call files, shelves and staging areas.
  • Sweep floors, empty trash, and maintain the overall neatness of the city desk warehouse and showroom area, including outside loading dock area.


What You Bring

Requirements:



  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly, or up to 75 lbs. with the assistance of supportive equipment or team members
  • Powered Industrial Equipment Certification.
  • Ability to stand and walk for much of your shift
  • Basic math skills (add and subtract numbers)


  • Willingness to learn how to operate equipment like a forklift and handheld scanning device (we provide training)
  • Ability to work in various temperatures within our warehouse
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
