Schedules Available:

Day Shift:

Week 1 (for 3 months): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Week 2 (for 3 months): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Note: Shifts rotate between front half and back half of the week every 3 months.

Overnight Shift:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Note: Shifts rotate between front half and back half of the week every 3 months.

Pay: $35/hr. (overnight shift gets a 15% shift differential)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational policies while performing hands-on equipment maintenance and assembly tasks.
  • Read and interpret prints/drawings to build basic assemblies and operate equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct setup, testing, diagnostics, and repairs on electromechanical systems and perform routine preventive maintenance.
  • Perform equipment inspections and generate appropriate work orders for emergency, corrective, or preventive actions.
  • Document maintenance activities thoroughly in databases and communicate issues effectively to relevant team members.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process inefficiencies, and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Support installation, start-up, and debugging of automation systems while ensuring compliance with all company standards.


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience working with hand tools on manufacturing equipment, construction, HVAC, automotive, etc. executing repair and maintenance activities.
  • Basic computer skills and use of MS Office applications.
  • Written and verbal English communication skills.
