THE JOB:

As a CATCH Ultra Lounge Host Person, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering our upscale lounge. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests feel welcomed, valued, and have an exceptional experience throughout their visit. You will manage the guest list, coordinate reservations, and oversee the seating arrangements to optimize the flow of guests and maintain the ambiance of the lounge. Additionally, you will assist with various guest service tasks and support the overall operation of the lounge to uphold its reputation for excellence.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.8294

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and provide a warm welcome

  • Manage the reservations, ensuring accurate and timely entries

  • Coordinate seating arrangements to accommodate guest preferences and optimize space utilization

  • Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area, keeping it free from clutter and obstacles

  • Provide information about restaurant offerings, promotions, and special events to guests

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally

  • Monitor guest flow and address any issues that may arise to ensure a smooth operation

  • Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements and enhance guest satisfaction

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 1+ years as a host person in fine-dining restaurant or similar customer service experience

  • Knowledge of SevenRooms or Open Table or similar reservation platforms

  • Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette, coupled with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
