Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Law Clerk to support our in-house legal team. This role involves conducting legal research and analysis, optimizing legal workflows, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal policies. You will play a key role in scaling legal operations and driving strategic initiatives that align with the company's rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide accurate, timely analysis to in-house attorneys, paralegals, and internal business partners across a broad range of legal topics. Ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures to support compliance efforts. Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes, improve efficiency, and implement scalable solutions to meet the demands of a growing organization. Liaise with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth workflows and ensure timely responses to legal inquiries and requests. Develop and refine internal legal procedures and best practices to enhance overall department operations. Lead and manage projects aligned with the broader legal strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; paralegal certificate or legal studies background is a plus. 2+ years of experience in a legal, compliance, or operations-focused role. Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Skills: Experience in legal operations within a corporate environment.
