Hours and Pay:

• Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule).
• Pay Rate: $32-$38 per hour (based on experience), plus performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance activities on facility equipment following written instructions.
• Analyze findings during PMs and recommend updates to PM content.
• Document all PM activities and completed work orders within the CMMS system.
• Conduct repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Handle general building repairs such as painting walls, fixing floors, and replacing lighting components.
• Maintain plumbing systems by repairing leaks, sinks, valves, and drains.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment such as transformers, motors, MCC panels, and lighting fixtures.
• Perform rooftop maintenance under extreme temperature conditions.
• Complete shift rounds to document facility system performance characteristics.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of mechanical experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry) or equivalent training/education.
• Maintenance Skills: 3-5 years of maintenance experience required; ability to read blueprints and technical documents is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of controls, lighting systems, and energy management systems.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present information effectively in small group settings and interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate extreme temperatures.

Work Environment:
