Summary: Ensures the dining area remains clean and well-organized, providing support to the front-of-house team. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift and preparing the space for the next day. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sweep and clean dining room floors during service. Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces. Refill sauces, condiments, and other necessary supplies on tables. Empty trash bins and dispose of trash appropriately. Assist with resetting tables and setting up the dining area. Maintain cleanliness in guest-accessible areas, including beverage stations and entrances. Communicate any issues with supplies or cleanliness to management. Mop floors at the end of the night. Perform any additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
