Job Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator will provide various levels of support to the Client Services team. The responsibilities of the Senior Project Coordinator will include the creation and management of customer reporting, customer data research and order processing. The Senior Project Coordinator will focus highly on Client Services support, ensuring accuracy and completion of all requests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with order processing for Client Service's team in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure orders are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively represent the Client Service's team to multiple departments to assist in expediting the order process, improving the quality and accuracy of orders.
  • Create and manage monthly and quarterly customer reporting requests.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding around internal tools and systems.
  • Partner with a variety of teams to strategically support the Client Services team.
  • Make accurate and timely decisions based on Client Service Manager's needs and business requirements.
  • Contribute to special projects and ad hoc requests, as requested.
  • Track project budgets, issue purchase orders, and manage vendor invoicing in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
  • Maintain detailed reports for internal tracking.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in telecom or other technology related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordinator or related role
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite essential, experience with Oracle and Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Telecommunications product knowledge preferred.
  • Articulate, with strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to create business correspondence and detailed procedural documentation.
  • Must possess excellent telephone and strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with various departments and levels of management.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize with tight deadlines required.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Able to function efficiently in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite essential, experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

Pay ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
