Global Talent Management & Leadership Development Partner

As part of the Talent COE, you will join a global team that is working to create the best place to work where we all deliver and grow. The Talent Management and Leadership Development Partner role will report to the Head of Global Talent Management & Leadership Development and will work in a center of excellence that partners with strategic departments (SBUs), functions, and with colleagues across Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Performance Management and DEI. You will work and collaborate with internal team members and external partners from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement career and leadership development programs of identification, leadership selection, assessment, and succession planning in close collaboration with HRBPs
• Design leadership and professional development programs from ops to senior leadership levels across the organization
• Use People Insights and data analytics to identify talent trends, gaps, and opportunities, and develop action plans to address them; support decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of talent programs
• Participate on and provide main deliverables to support priority and strategic programs such as commercial excellence and strengthening our culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in global talent management practices, strategies and leadership development
• Proficient in data analysis and financial skills to use insights for decision-making.
• Experienced in building solid relationshipsand desirable experience with Workdaysystem

Position based in our HQ located in Pittsburgh. #LI-Hybrid. A relocation package may be offered to the ideal candidate.
