Quality Engineer - Manufacturing

Location: Madison, WI (on-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3-7 years in a production environment (EMS industry experience a plus)

Education: Bachelor's degree in quality/engineering or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection processes.

  • Investigate customer complaints and production issues, implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed quality records and reports for management.


What You Need to Succeed



  • 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) a plus).
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (IPC experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
