General Statement The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Position Summary The role of the Ministry Leader is to support and assist the Corps Officers in building a healthy Christ-centered community at the Tustin Ranch Corps. The focus of the position is church growth and as such will be heavily focused on community outreach and small group development. This position requires membership in The Salvation Army as a Soldier of the Tustin Ranch Corps. Essential Functions Visioning

Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Bachelors (required)
Experience
Experience/working knowledge of Windows (Outlook, Excel, Word) (preferred)
A minimum of BA degree in Ministry/Education/Leadership or other related subject or minimum of 5 years equivalent experience (required) Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License (required)
