Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $18.32 - Midpoint: $21.97 (Hourly N4) Department/Organization: 504241 - Building Maintenance Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm Job Summary: The Facilities Associate organizes and coordinates office operations, procedures, and resources. Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations. Ensures office administration and procedures are followed. Performs administrative support functions in support of one or more professional level staff. Additional Department Summary: Assists shop managers with day-to-day operations in the shop. Provides clerical support to managers and staff under moderate supervision. May drive from site to site. Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of administrative experience; OR associate's degree. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions. Preferred Qualifications: General knowledge of University purchasing procedures and work order system. College degree.
