Job Summary We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and help spearhead our growth in the Baltimore/ Washington D.C. market. As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations of your assigned Zone. Compensation Target first year Total Compensation range for this exempt role is $120k - $125k. DOE. This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including: Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). 2 years: Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, leading a territory or zone B2B sales team (required)
