Quality Manager

The Quality Manager ensures efficient operation of quality systems for manufacturing and repair functions. Responsibilities include developing processes to meet quality standards, complying with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement. The role involves managing inspections, mentoring staff, overseeing audits, and collaborating with various departments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in quality management
• 10+ years in aviation quality roles
• Knowledge of FAA and AS9100 standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with ODA authorization, STC, and PMA programs

Estimated Min Rate: $85000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $110000.00
