Description
Position Summary The Digital Card Support Specialist role is an expert in product functionality, transaction routing and settlement for debit cards. Maintains proficient compliance knowledge of Regulation E, card brands and Atm network rules. Monitors vendor compliance and reports for any discrepancies. Additionally, the Digital Card Support Specialist is responsible for processing card maintenance related customer requests and troubleshooting issues involving the use of a debit card, balancing for all card settlement and processing exception items and adjustments. Monitors and work with manager for ordering card plastics. Processes vendor billing through general ledger entries in a timely manner. Maintains an expert level of the understanding of payment channels including mobile and digital wallets, tokenization, EMV/Chip, contactless, etc. Responsible for industry knowledge of the payment authorization process for payment channels.
