Milliman's Milwaukee-based Property and Casualty practice is one of the leading experts in P&C insurance matters. We are leading experts in evaluating mortgage collateral for government agencies, mortgage lenders, insurers, reinsurers, and investors. Our consulting work is supported by a powerful toolkit of data analytics solutions informed by years of in-depth work in the mortgage industry. The Opportunity Milliman's mortgage group provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product to model mortgage performance and securitization structures. M-PIRe is a cloud-based software that models risk data used by mortgage reinsurers. The Program Manager role is responsible for overseeing the development team, aligning resources, prioritizing platform development, and implementing Agile methodologies to drive additional throughput and value for our clients. The Program Manager role may expand to cover additional software products developed by Milliman. This role will be well-suited to a big picture thinker who has demonstrated experience in program management and has a proven track record of guiding and coordinating cross-functional teams. As a proxy between business leaders and the development team, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills to discern what information is needed to enable decision-making, decompose and prioritize tasks for every sprint, ensure excellence in delivery and alignment with business objectives and client needs. Location Compensation The salary range for this role is $122,000 - $248,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. Milliman Benefits for Fulltime Employees
