ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Conducts internal cGMP, Finished Product, quality management systems, production line and facilities audits.
2. Maintains verification and calibration of instruments used to monitor product quality.
3. Coordinates and monitors hold/release activities for Finished Goods and Raw Materials.
4. Data entry and reporting of non-conforming product. Facilitate the disposition of non-conforming product.
5. Provide oversight of rework activities.
6. Review samples from first production runs and new items.
7. Reviewing and distributing Customer or Sales requested samples
8. Participate in collection of incoming chemical samples when necessary
9. Maintain statistical process control system - Clerical
10. Evaluating the suitability of new or modified testing and measurement equipment.
11. Supporting process improvement activities as requested
12. Support validation activities as requested
13. Perform investigations on customer and consumer complaints
14. Maintain and manage retain sample process for Finished Goods and chemicals
15. Oversee High Risk Destructs at Landfill
16. Create and provide input for Work Instructions in relation with job responsibilities
17. Participate and Support Mock Recalls
18. Creation of COA's for specified customers
19. Analyze production data for process trends. Evaluate capability of production process.
20. Perform MQSS job duties as a backup when necessary

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED, required plus a minimum of 3 years experience in Quality, a Laboratory setting or Wet Wipes manufacturing; Associate's degree, preferred or any combination of equivalent education and experience. Previous experience with electronic data base systems utilizing QA release of Finished Product functions; proficiency in JD Edwards with the ability to complete QA functions in the system, preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Requires ability to read, write, calculate and analyze.
