Job Overview

STS Technical Services is hiring a Supervisor of CASS & QA Analytics in Miami, Florida. This role manages and administers the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) Program to ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and FAA regulations. You'll conduct regular analysis of aircraft technical data, support ETOPS and Reliability Programs, and provide crucial insights for ongoing fleet technical enhancements.


Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data for the Reliability and CASS programs.
  • Prepare detailed statistical reports and maintain accurate meeting documentation.
  • Evaluate Quality Assurance and Reliability Programs, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Quality Control and CASS Program Manager to support the CASS program's objectives.
  • Issue reliability audit reports and identify deficiencies for corrective action.
  • Perform comprehensive audits of internal technical operations, including maintenance records, manuals, training procedures, safety protocols, and ground support.
  • Conduct audits and recommend vendor selection based on performance and compliance evaluations.
  • Support and participate in investigations and special assignments as needed.
  • Actively contribute as a member of the CASS Board and perform additional duties assigned by the Quality Assurance & CASS leadership team.

Qualifications

  • FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings preferred.
  • 5+ years of aviation industry experience, specifically with CASS and reliability programs.
  • Extensive direct experience managing and administering CASS programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or related discipline may substitute for experience or certification.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to obtain a valid passport; domestic and international travel may be required.
