Short Description

As part of the Avaya Commercial Sales Organization, the Inside Sales Account Manager will play a critical role selling Avaya's cloud solutions to Small & Medium Business current Accounts. To be successful in this role the Sales Rep must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, solution selling, leading product demos, negotiations and closing deals to meet sales quotas.

Position Overview

* Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

* Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

* Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process

* Perform effective online demos to prospects

* Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

* Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

* Maintains records of all activities in PRM system

About You

  • 3+ years discovery-to-close / quota-carrying sales experience
  • Proven experience in achievingsales goals in the technology industry
  • Strong preference for Avaya product knowledge
  • Demonstrated technical acumen required for product demonstrations
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Data management - Quoting and Opportunity system management (SFDC)

The position can be worked from any US home office location.
