This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as you will be interacting with internal team members and external clients. In addition, you must be able to work independently as well as in a team-based environment while managing several major project activities at once. With approximately 425 employees across 6 U.S. states and 1 office in Canada, we are a growing firm, creating exciting opportunities for our staff! General Responsibilities include:
- Participate in business development activities to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare various land surveys including Alta, Boundary, Topographic, Condominium, Route and Residential.
- Manage survey projects from setup through completion.
- Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
- Manage client interaction.
- Maintain project budgets and collections.
- Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.
Qualifications
- Must have 7+ year land surveying experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D experience in construction calculations/Boundary and Topographic Survey preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required.
- Professional licensure is required.
