Cybersecurity Analyst I

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Cybersecurity Analyst.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Position Summary:

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our IT team, focusing on safeguarding our computer systems and networks from various security threats and cyberattacks. Your role emphasizes the importance of strong analytical and communication skills, as you will be tasked with interpreting data, identifying subtle patterns of malicious activity, and devising strategies to counteract potential threats. Your responsibilities will include understanding our security systems, monitoring events for unusual activity, and training end users.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Collaborating with the IT department to implement security measures and resolve any identified issues.
* Communicating with customers, vendors, or business partners that have been affected by a Cyber event. Document security breaches, communicate breach to internal employees to limit exposure.
* Participate in the development and implementation of user awareness training. This includes teaching staff about common cyber threats like phishing and how to recognize them.
* Assisting in ensuring that the organization's cybersecurity policies are up to date and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Keeping up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threat intelligence. This could involve researching new threats and attack methodologies.
* Support Telecommunications, Helpdesk, and Network teams by providing backup assistance when required.
* Other duties as required.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or Technical School diploma with at least 1 year of IT related work experience.
Experience with Knowbe4, CyberARK, Crowdstrike, Cisco Umbrella, and patch management solutions a plus.
Basic PC troubleshooting and networking skills.
Team player.
Excellent Customer Service Skills a must.
Excellent Communication Skills a must.
