We're looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to join Procore's Professional Services team. In this role, you'll lead software implementation projects and ensure successful delivery for our clients. Your expertise in managing complex software rollouts will enhance our team's project management capabilities through mentorship, process improvement, and best practices. As an Enterprise Project Manager, you'll partner with clients, technical specialists, and internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation strategies that drive business outcomes. Using your project management expertise, leadership skills, and consultative mindset, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals. You'll play a critical role in delivering Industry, Technology, and Change Management thought leadership, all while embodying Procore's values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership. This position reports to the Manager, Enterprise Project Management and can be based remotely. While our Project Manager team collaborates closely with various internal teams, including Sales, this role does not involve direct selling. Our Professional Services team is focused on ensuring Procore clients are well-supported, educated, and fully adopted on our platform. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range $109,715 - $150,858 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $129,077 - $177,481. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation.
