At Anomali, we specialize in Security Analytics, empowering organizations to detect and respond to threats more swiftly and effectively. We are seeking a highly technical and innovative backend engineer intern with a focus on data. If you have a passion for creating groundbreaking security products and thrive in a fast-paced, Agile development environment, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications
Required Skills / Experience:
o Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, in your second year or beyond.
o Majoring in, or planning to major in, Computer Science or Engineering, along with additional coursework in data science.
o Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, C/C++, or other modern Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages used for scalable distributed system backend development.
o Prior participation in coding competitions (e.g., Codeforces, USACO Platinum, ICPC) is highly regarded.
o Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
o Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark is preferred.
o Proficiency with Data Science and programming languages like R.
o Interest in GenAI is a bonus.
