Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $135K - $165K + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.

Project Ownership:

• Oversee the selection, prioritization, and monitoring of projects to ensure they align with the business's strategic objectives.
• Own the Project Methodology for Professional services, alignment across Professional Services Teams (Operational Technology, Programming, Analytics, Design Services)
• Encourage, support, and promote continuous Improvement and innovation within the PM team.
• Ensure that project workload is managed efficiently, with clear timelines, budget allocations, and resource plans.
• Serve as a senior experienced project management mentor.
• Provide guidance for complex projects and challenging professional scenarios.
• Participating in the monthly project performance and audit reviews

Quality & Financial Oversight:

• Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and meet client expectations by monitoring project deliverables and outcomes.
• The Professional Services Project Executive assures the PM delivery team adopts and adheres to a standard project management methodology set by the PM Homebase
• Monitor project performance and ensure that project management systems are utilized effectively to ensure that project health is maintained.
• Oversee project budgets to ensure financial health and profitability.
• Work with leadership to forecast and track financial performance against budgets.
• A deep understanding of relevant industry standards but also strong leadership and governance skills to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year college or university with an emphasis in Computer Studies or some branch of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.) or associate's degree (A.A., A.S.) from a two-year community college or technical school with an emphasis in Computer Studies or Instrumentation and Controls preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Preferred: experience in technical project management role/knowledge and utilization of AGILE methodology. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred.

Travel: This position can be based out of either our Sioux Center, IA, Sioux Falls, SD, or Omaha, NE Offices. Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements. Up to 35% may be expected.
