Position Summary:
Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Consultant to support enterprise-level Navy ERP Helpdesk and sustainment projects, with a focus on SAP ECC environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple SAP modules, particularly within Department of Defense (DoD). This role will be responsible for assisting cross-functional teams, driving business process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Navy ERP & SAP Financial Management Support:

* Lead the resolution of end-user issues with SAP MM, FM, SD, and FI modules.

* Provide subject matter expertise in financial operations including Budgetary Ledger, FM Derivation, Accounts Payable/Receivable, etc..

* Support SAP migrations, data conversions, and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and optimized performance.

* Deliver audit support (DoDIG, GAO, AAA) and documentation to meet federal compliance standards.

* Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to streamline processes and improve system integration across PS, HR, MM, PP, PM, and SD modules.

* Guide and mentor junior SAP consultants and support teams throughout project lifecycles.

* Analyze business processes and lead the development of scalable and compliant solutions that enhance procurement, funds management, financial reporting, and supply chain operations.

* Deliver post-go-live support including issue resolution, process troubleshooting, training development, and hands-on coaching to increase system adoption and effectiveness.

* Prepare system documentation, configuration guides, test scripts, and audit response packages to support internal controls, audit findings, and federal regulatory compliance.

* Collaborate with program managers, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with business goals and IT capabilities.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Financial Analysis, Managerial Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related allied discipline, or other relevant experience.

System Experience:

* Navy ERP (Preferred), DoD SAP based Financial Systems (Preferred)

* MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Excel (Preferred)

Experience:

* Nine (9) years relevant experience supporting DoD Finance and Accounting efforts

* Prior experience supporting Navy, Army, or other DoD SAP implementations.

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP Activate framework.
