Who we seek:

The Residential Supervisor is a position in which the individual has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift, but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule
Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator
Supervision of assigned direct care staff
Medication management/ medication passing

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment
Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity
Bachelor's Degree preferred in related Human Service Field
One year minimum residential experience

Shifts:

40 Hours, Backend

Pay Range: $24.00 - $25.50 per hour
