The Opportunity

Frame.io, now part of Adobe, is redefining creative collaboration for creative pros everywhere. As we deepen our integration within Adobe's ecosystem, we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive Frame.io's expansion across Adobe's routes to market, including digital e-commerce (Adobe.com), phone and chat sales, as well as other customer acquisition channels.

About the Role

This position calls for a strategic marketer who can navigate complexity and ambiguity, ensuring efficient launch of Frame.io's offerings across individual, team, and SMB customer segments. You'll be responsible for aligning Frame.io's value proposition with Adobe's core customer base, building tailored offers, and ensuring seamless integration into Adobe's sales and marketing engines.

What You'll Do
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution - Own the end-to-end launch of Frame.io across Adobe's routes to market, including e-commerce, inside sales, and other channels.
  • Customer & Offer Strategy - Define and optimize the Frame.io offer lineup to align with core customer segments, increasing customer value and monetization.
  • Messaging and Positioning - Define and evolve Frame.io's positioning within Adobe's ecosystem, crafting differentiated messaging for key customer segments. Translate product capabilities into clear customer value, reinforcing Frame.io's strengths
  • Cross-Functional Navigation - Work across a matrixed organization, collaborating with product, sales, growth marketing, operations, and engineering teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Technical & Business Understanding - Communicate got to market requirements to technical implementation teams, and understand Adobe's compelling, scalable offerings that Adobe customers understand and value.
  • Marketing Execution - Develop the full bill of materials (positioning, messaging, pricing, GTM plan, and other content) needed to support launches across Adobe's digital and sales channels.
  • Data-Driven Optimization - Analyze performance metrics across different customer segments and merchandizing motions to refine offer positioning and improve conversion.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • BA/BS Degree preferred OR 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or sales enablement, ideally in SaaS, media, or creative industries.
  • Ability to bulldoze through ambiguity and complexity, aligning partners to drive execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize offers and pricing based on customer behavior and sales data.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, enterprise environment, balancing multiple partners and priorities.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into clear customer value propositions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
