About the Team

The FIS TRP Retirement Professional Services team manages and supports call center technologies and CRM systems to enhance customer service efficiency and deliver a seamless client experience that will define the world of fintech.

What You Will Be Doing

In bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, the Business Systems Specialist provides expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems and processes that improve the operational efficiency of our best-in-class products. The seasoned candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Design and implement system solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Provide end-user support and training for business systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors for system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Support and review the work of junior analysts.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Typically, 6 or more years of experience in a business systems analyst or similar role, with leadership responsibility.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, gap analysis), as well as familiarity with system programming, testing, and implementations.
  • Understanding of business processes and system development methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM or other similar enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and effective presentations.

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Exposure to retirement product administration, processing, and recordkeeping.
  • Experience with Call Center/Interactive Voice Response (IVR), such as AWS Connect (Amazon Web Services)

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $101,480.00 - $170,470.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
