The Associate Health Office (AHO) is a division of Human Resources. The office provides case management for Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Workers Compensation and American's with Disabilities (ADA) cases. In addition nursing care is provided for ill and injured associates, triaging them to the appropriate level of care. The AHO also provides and participates in health and wellness programs. This position is responsible for responding to emergent care needs of ill and injured associates. The position provides case management of Workers' Compensation, Americans with Disabilities and FMLA case types. The position manages OSHA record keeping and reporting requirements for the Company.
