As part of Encova Information Technology (IT), the Program Manager of Cybersecurity directs and oversees the development, implementation, and management of cybersecurity programs within Encova. This technical Program Manager (PMCS) will work closely with the Chief Security Officer (CSO), senior leadership, compliance and risk management, legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our cybersecurity strategy effectively mitigates risks, protects critical assets, and complies with regulatory requirements. This role will be responsible for overseeing the execution of key initiatives that strengthen the company's overall cybersecurity posture and resilience in the face of evolving threats. The PMCS will follow our Program and Project Management policy and standards in the development of needed work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, status reports, and executive presentations. The PMCS will also oversee the work of other contractors and coordinate work with IT and engineering managers, leaders, and analysts.
