About the opportunity
SWCA Environmental Consultants has an exciting opportunity for a Cultural Resources Team Lead for our Front Range (Denver, Ft. Collins) Team. The Cultural Resources Team Lead is responsible for providing highly effective, dynamic management and leadership within the Front Range Cultural Resources Program by managing staff, projects, and clients. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of developing new business, managing large-scale projects, meeting financial goals, and mentoring others to do the same. The Cultural Resources Team Lead reports to the Rocky Mountain-Plains Cultural Resources Director and will work closely with other Front Range Team Leads, the Senior Front Range Office Director, the Rocky Mountain Plains Vice President, and other regional leadership as appropriate. The Front Range offices offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, and specialize in natural, cultural, and paleontological resource management, environmental planning, permitting, and regulatory compliance. We have an excellent reputation in Denver for delivering high-quality resource work, with a strong commitment to sound science. We will also consider candidates willing to relocate to the area, as well as remote candidates based in Western Colorado. Salary will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience, with SWCA striving to hire at the midpoint of our salary ranges to support professional growth. What you will accomplish The Cultural Resources Team Lead will manage current projects and contracts while participating in the development of a forward-looking plan for the team. This position will require highly developed critical thinking skills to recognize and solve problems proactively and independently, as well as identify and mitigate risks and impediments through persistence, creative thinking, and a focus on client satisfaction. This will include working with the Rocky Mountain-Plains Cultural Resources Director, the Senior Front Range Office Director, other team leads, and professional staff throughout the Colorado Front Range to further our team and regional goals by contributing to the following: Organizational leadership

Collins, Colorado - based position can expect a salary of: Cultural Resources Team Lead -- $81,454/year to $106,290/year; Senior Cultural Resources Team Lead -- $92,230/year to $120,349/year; Principal Cultural Resources Team Lead --$105,727/year to $138,345/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
