Primary Work Location Health Sciences BuildingDepartment RCH Revenue Cycle Management ServicesScheduled Weekly Hours 40Job Summary The Director of Revenue Cycle Business Support Services works with physicians, advance practice providers and caregivers to ensure effective leadership and accountability for business services including excellence in patient care and safety, patient experience, physician and caregiver engagement and retention, financial and community stewardship. Additional Requirements Required: Education - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Experience - 5+ years of Healthcare Experience; 10+ years of Leadership Experience Preferred: Education - Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Physical Requirements:Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
