Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? County Waste and Recycling is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our onsite finance team!

About the Role:
As our Assistant Controller, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations while working closely with the District Controller and Operations team. You will be responsible for managing financial reports, monthly close, forecasting, overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. With your expertise, you will help steer our financial future and drive efficiency within our department.

Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership potential and a desire to advance to a District Controller role
• Excellent communication-need the effectively communication with varies levels within the organization.
