Overview

At Haskell, we Create Things That Matter-and that includes careers. We're looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead strategic marketing efforts for our federal DesignBuild and AEC pursuits. What You'll Do:

    Partner with the Federal Market Leader to set priorities and plan marketing strategies that support sales objectives
  • Lead and execute qualifications, proposals, and award submissions by outlining requirements, assigning responsibilities, directing and editing content, ensuring compliance, leading kickoff and review meetings, and submitting through federal procurement sites
  • Manage multiple concurrent pursuits and proposal teams to ensure timely, consistent, high-quality delivery in a collaborative environment
  • Maintain the federal proposal content (projects, past performance, resumes, and narratives)
  • Drive marketing initiatives, social media, website content, and tradeshow events (some travel required)

To Thrive in This Role, You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ in the AEC industry with federal construction focus
  • Solid understanding of federal construction and AEC industry terminology, processes, and procurement requirements
  • Demonstrated success managing federal design-build proposals from kickoff through submission
  • Strong writing, project management, and leadership skills with acute attention to accuracy and detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and lead teams in a deadline-driven environment

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
