State Department Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director, Business Systems Solutions to lead a team in defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining software applications to meet organizational needs. This includes overseeing all aspects of software development, from writing and coding to testing and analysis. The Director ensures the team researches, designs, documents, and modifies software specifications throughout the production life cycle while maintaining high standards and expectations. Additionally, the Director oversees the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and provides business lines with the data needed for analysis and decision-making.
