Your Job Georgia-Pacific's Consumer Products division is seeking a Reliability Superintendent for the Wauna Mill in Clatskanie, OR. A strong Reliability Manager is vital in driving reliability improvements and enhancing productivity across the mill. The leader should understand the mill and be accountable for product system results influenced by team performance. Ideal candidates excel in interpersonal and communication skills, constructively challenge for improvement, stay current on best practices, and effectively collaborate and engage with teams.
