Position SummaryThe Vice President of Business Development will play an integral role in helping to drive Light and Wonder's market leadership growth and expanding strategic partnerships. This role involves sourcing and identifying new M&A opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and leading initiatives to expand the company's market presence. Additionally, the role will lead all deal structuring and negotiations with potential acquisition targets. May conduct make-versus-buy analysis from a partnership/merger/acquisition perspective and collaborate with various internal business units to assess both organic and inorganic business opportunities. The VP of Business Development works closely with the executive team to align business development strategies with the company's overall goals and objectives. Key Focus Areas:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required. Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
The targeted pay range for this role is $200,000 - $275,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
