As a result of our expansion, we are looking for a industrial wastewater treatment operator to join our growing team. Responsibilities: (what you will be doing) Operate and maintain wastewater treatment equipment and systems. Monitor treatment processes and adjust controls to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment. Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and sample analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management to schedule and carry out responsibilities. Develop standard work procedures. Assist with operations of industrial wash systems. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: (what it takes to be successful) Ability to become intimately familiar with manufacturing processes. Interested in working in a fast paced, production environment. Able to regularly work on multiple projects with changing priorities. Ability to read and understand technical prints, specifications, and regulations. Work equally well alone or in a cross functional team. Focused on customer service. Entry level or up to three years of experience is preferred. Minimum of an Associate's degree in a technical discipline or a related field of study is preferred. Reports to Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
