As a result of our expansion, we are looking for a industrial wastewater treatment operator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities: (what you will be doing)

  • Operate and maintain wastewater treatment equipment and systems.
  • Monitor treatment processes and adjust controls to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and sample analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management to schedule and carry out responsibilities.
  • Develop standard work procedures.
  • Assist with operations of industrial wash systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements: (what it takes to be successful)

  • Ability to become intimately familiar with manufacturing processes.
  • Interested in working in a fast paced, production environment.
  • Able to regularly work on multiple projects with changing priorities.
  • Ability to read and understand technical prints, specifications, and regulations.
  • Work equally well alone or in a cross functional team.
  • Focused on customer service.
  • Entry level or up to three years of experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in a technical discipline or a related field of study is preferred.


Reports to Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
