Overview
POSITION: Nurse Navigator (RN) LOCATION: Blue Ash WEEKLY HOURS: 40 (full time) OHC is now hiring a Nurse Navigator to work at our Blue Ash practice. Our Nurse Navigators act as a main point of contact for our patients, while helping to navigate them through treatment from the initial diagnosis until the patient's last treatment. Routine collaboration with internal departments and external referral resources are anticipated, including scheduling, financial counseling, lab, pharmacy, social work, nursing, surgical, radiation and imaging, dietary, and others. Regular and frequent interface with practice-based leadership teams, physicians, and clinical staff is required to promote and engage the patient navigation process.
