The May Institute is looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our Corporate team in Randolph, MA! As a Project Manager, you will collaborate across various departments, establish and lead project teams, and foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Applying standard project management principles, you'll manage and report on project deliverables and risks, communicating progress throughout. You will oversee and drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives while leveraging key platforms, including Dayforce (Human Capital Management System), our Learning Management System, and Monday.com.

  • Project Requirement Gathering: Partner with Executive Leadership and/or Executive Sponsor to develop project proposals.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, risks, budget, etc. while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic plan.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with Executive Leadership, department heads and cross-functional teams to gain buy-in, address concerns and incorporate best practices.
  • Project Documentation: Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports to track deliverables and milestones.
  • Team Coordination: Establish and lead project teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure project members stay accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
  • Change Management: Guide stakeholders through change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of new processes and systems.
  • Training & Communication: Develop and deliver training, updates, and project-related communications to key stakeholders and end-users.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Establish key performance metrics, track progress, analyze data trends and implement corrective actions to ensure project success, sustainability and scalability.
  • Analyze Data: Identify trends, recommend, and take corrective measures to ensure project success, sustainability and scalability.

Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university specializing in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years project management experience required with demonstrated skills in project tracking and management.
  • Creative, curious, and fast paced with an ability to multi-task.
  • Possess a positive, "can do," service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow-up on issues; able to effectively communicate andbuild relationships in writing, email and over the phone with all levels withinthe organization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders and drive results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working within systemapplications and maximizing system use.
  • Organized, process focused.
  • Ability to research issues, prepareevaluations on problems and recommend viable solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a changingenvironment - adaptable and flexible in approach.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
