Cox Enterprises is hiring a Security Operations Manager III who will lead and direct Enterprise Security personnel responsible for performing Enterprise Security and Investigations-related functions for all Cox Enterprises business units in an assigned geographic area and ensure proper planning, organizing, and conducting difficult and complex investigations related to both internal and external security issues are conducted.
Allocates assignments and resources, ensuring team members focus on critical duties, including:
Oversees security operations to ensure a secure working environment is setup and maintained utilizing internal and external resources Participates in and/or responds to business crisis, interruption or disaster planning and events. Presents training programs for employees, contractors, and temporary employees on security related topics. Ensures proper reporting of all security and investigative activity within an assigned area is accurately maintained and reported to Enterprise Security Leadership. Conducts continued vulnerability assessments of Cox facilities to ensure LRP, OPEX/CAPEX plans are maintained as well as regional operational and capital budget planning and invoicing Manage operations and sustainability for an Enterprise Security Operation Center supporting all CEI Business units in a geographical area. USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
