We are seeking an experienced Partner Operations Manager to support the Alliances organization by providing business intelligence, standardization, automation, project management, and partner program expertise to maximize the value derived with our strategic partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role at an MSP/SI who has partnered with Google, Microsoft, and AWS and is intimately familiar with these partners' flagship programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Intelligence:
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards
    • Prepare ROB (Rhythm of the business) trend packages for executive team
    • Proactively identify trends and inform strategic decisions
  • Program Management:
    • Managing the enrollment process and governance framework of Partner Programs
    • Ensuring compliance with partner program requirements such as End User Reporting and Deal Registration
  • Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing team-wide policies, standards, and best practices
  • Process Optimization: Streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and implementing GenAI for self-service capabilities
  • Project Management:
    • Manage complex audits for flagship partner programs such as MSP audits for Microsoft and AWS
    • Provide project management expertise for major initiatives such as AWS Reinvent and other strategic workstreams
  • Funding and Incentive Management
    • Funding allocation tracking and forecasting.
    • Manage funding workflows inclusive of submission, approval, and disbursement.
    • Lead a project to automate the above
  • Partner Marketplace/CRM Management
    • Work with Rapidscale product and sales teams to support marketplace procurement
    • Lead project to integrate Rapidscale SFDC with partner deal registration systems


Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field (i.e. partner operations, program management, or cloud alliance roles, preferably with AWS or similar hyperscaler ecosystems.)
    • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field in lieu of degree.
  • PMO Certification
  • Strong understanding of partner funding programs (MAP, AMMP, RaaMP) and partner validation programs (AWS Competencies, Microsoft Specializations, Google Expertise, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience in process development and optimization for partner or funding programs.
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards and reports in SFDC
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Cloud certifications from any of the 3 main hyperscalers


Preferred

  • Experience working in managed services, cloud solutions, or IT consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting and budget management.
  • Knowledge of CRM, APN systems, and integration tooling
  • Familiarity with chatbot design (business level)
  • Familiarity with partner marketplaces


USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
