Reports To: Senior Director of Data & AI
Salary Range: $150,618 to $225,928

You will lead Dot Foods' enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics strategy to enhance operational efficiency and deliver actionable insights. This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making through scalable analytics solutions while supporting enterprise AI initiatives led by the Senior Director of Data & AI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Execute analytics initiatives, champion change management, monitor adoption of analytics tools, and advocate for the value of analytics at AI across the organization
  • Build and lead a high-performing team. Recruit, coach, and develop team members
  • Develop and oversee the budget for analytics initiatives. Manage resources and vendor contracts
  • Own the analytics technology roadmap to ensure scalability and alignment with enterprise AI goals
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Data & AI and other teams to integrate operational analytics with advanced AI-driven insights. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to deliver solutions


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Power BI)
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing analytics teams.
  • 3+ years of experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives, driving adoption, and delivering measurable business value
  • Expertise in evaluating and implementing analytics technologies and managing technology roadmaps
  • Strong experience with budgeting, resource management, and vendor/consultant relationships
  • Problem-solving skills with a history of translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Experience aligning analytics strategies with enterprise-wide goals
  • Familiarity with advanced data platforms, cloud ecosystems (e.g., IBM, Azure, AWS, GCP), data governance, and AI/ML.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster data literacy and promote analytics adoption across diverse teams
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement and continuous learning.
  • Experience managing hybrid environments that integrate operational reporting with advanced AI-driven insights


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Travel - Occasional overnight travel 1-3 nights per quarter for company meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
  • Schedule - ability to work flexible hours; may include evening & weekend hours as needed
