About the Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support and optimize supply chain operations. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, procurement, and production, to ensure alignment with business goals and demand forecasts.

In the role of a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be located at our global headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

Your Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze historical data, trends, and market forecasts to support accurate supply and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure alignment of capacity with demand.
  • Provide input for resource allocation to align with long-term business goals.
  • Support SIOP meetings by preparing data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations for capacity adjustments or sourcing strategies based on different scenarios.
  • Assist in aligning supply plans with demand forecasts to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data to support SIOP processes, including KPIs like forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks of excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards for real-time visibility into supply chain metrics.


  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and SIOP management.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience (5-8 years)
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain / inventory planning or comparable planning/analytical role (Manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office a must, strong Excel and Power BI skills required



Desired Qualifications



  • Prior experience with Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes
  • Relevant certification in APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CFPIM), ISM (CPM, CPSM, CSM), or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Possess exceptional conflict resolution skills and is adept at dealing with situations involving conflict
  • High attention to detail, follow up and attention to customer service
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
