Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Functions:

• Create several sourcing pools for easy access of recruiters and hiring managers to search for candidates
• Develop sourcing communication templates
• Assist with branding efforts designed to attract talent through networking platforms
• Assist with sourcing of candidates for Talent Acquisition team through use of search engines within all resources

• Communications/ HR/ or Marketing Degree preferred
• Familiarity with Handshake and Linked In from a job-seeker perspective
• Strong overall computer skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skill.
• Data entry/analytics skills a strong plus.
• Necessity of strong verbal and written communication skills

• Hands-on experience working with and learning from cross functional leadership
• Exposure to a multi-billion dollar, fast-paced manufacturing company that places an emphasis on sustainability initiatives
• Develop key skills through Intern Events focused on your growth and development - focus on networking, resume writing/interview preparation, and guidance on creating and delivering presentations
• This is a paid internship
