Unit Build

Assembler works in teams of two people. Two of them lift an encansed coil spring mattress assembly (40-50 pounds each) from the floor to place it into the waist high table. The semi-rigid foam pieces which are pre-cut are inserted in the perimeter of the spring and are hot glue together. In addition, the unit build will also need to assemble and Glue Hybrid Toppers on the Hybrid cel, sock stuff, close and stage the Hybrids onto a unit cart. In addition if needed the unit Builder would also assist within unit build and other departments in 1st shift depending on personnel shortage and high demand.

Be able to lift 50 pounds - Ability to work on standing position for a minimum of 8 hours or more per shift - Frequent walking, squatting, turning, twisting, pushing, bending, in a fast pace, high volume manufacturing environment - Excellent attendance - Must be reliable and punctual. - Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays - Must be 18 years of age.
