Work Schedule: 100% FTE; day shift. Monday - Friday; Hours vary 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We are seeking a Medication Access Coordinator to: Ensure optimal reimbursement for high cost medications. Conduct and complete necessary third-party prior authorization requests for high cost medications. Pre-screen patients for viable payment sources, manage reimbursement issues associated with high cost injectable medications, identify opportunities for improving reimbursement from payers, and conduct retrospective utilization reviews on cases of denials of payment or insufficient reimbursement.
