Evanston, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Temp Center Position: Temporary Program Assistant Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Program Assistant for the Evanston campus. This role will regularly engage with the Director and Program Manager of the Israel Innovation Project and will function as administrative support to ensure core program functions. This role will support faculty and staff with processing expense reports, payment requests, calendar management, and email communications. Additionally, this role will assist with events (virtual and in-person), including managing promotions, tech support, and post-event logistics. What is the Israel Innovation Project? The Israel Innovation Project's (IIP) mission is to advance Northwestern's technological and scientific partnerships with Israeli institutions of higher learning through collaborative research, global educational initiatives, innovative business ventures, and public engagement. IIP's role is to create long-lasting relationships that will expand opportunities for faculty, researchers, students, and partners, to team up with counterparts in Israel. Minimum Qualifications:
