About the Opportunity: The Human Resources Business Partner will oversee HR operations and safety initiatives at Pursuit Aerospace's Prescott, AZ, manufacturing site. With a focus on fostering a supportive and safe work environment, this role combines HR expertise with safety leadership to drive employee engagement, compliance, and workplace well-being. The Prescott site employs approximately 60 people and generates around $20 million in revenue. Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefit package, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
