Reports to Director of Sales, position is exempt

Work with an incredible team of hospitality professionals in our gorgeous, historic building. In this role, you will prepare and execute sales contracts, event orders, and group resumes to always ensure quality product delivery and customer satisfaction. You will serve and assist in coordinating all function details with our clients. Work in a respectful and progressive environment that values what people bring to the team.

With 131 luxuriously appointed rooms and several beautifully designed event spaces, the Crossroads is a loving renovation of two iconic KC buildings into a community-driven hotel. Come to stay, for an event or to see great art. Try our intimate and modern take on old world Italian, Lazia. Grab a drink or some anitpasta at the lively lobby cocktail bar. Head up to the rooftop beer garden where uninterrupted views and lively conversation co-conspire. With a story steeped in the history of Kansas City and America, we can't wait for you to leave your mark.

You are humble and understand the need to work side by side with others; and you take feedback to make things better seriously. You collaborate with team members to create memorable events. It is quite natural for you to walk into a hotel and see the potential of the environment and how it could work for a variety of people, groups, events weddings and meetings. The first thing you prefer to discover is the event space, thinking "how big is the ballroom and how many people does it hold?" or "I wonder what the rooms are like and how many suites do they have?". And for giggles, you are tempted to ask the front desk for a sales contact so you can take a tour. You enjoy being part of a couples "Happily Ever After".
